Customer must first register his/her mobile telephone number at Branch during registration.
Update of mobile number through Branch is real time.
USB Token is applicable to customers who want to use it as an alternative to their SMS Token.
USB token is available at any AFFINBANK/ AFFIN ISLAMIC branch. USB will be activated on the next working day after he/ she has performed First Time Login.
To register a web token, customer must have any primary token (USB or SMS Token). Customer will be able to register his/ her web token on the maximum of 3 PC (Desktop/ Laptop).
