You can perform additional ASNB investments via affinOnline, any Affin Bank branches, ASNB offices and ASNB agents.

Additional investment through affinOnline is only available for selected ASNB funds.

*Subscriptions of funds are subject to the individual’s eligible maximum investment limit (ASB and ASB 2) and fund availability (ASW 2020, ASM, ASD and AS 1Malaysia). Please refer to ASNB website for the latest update on fund availability status.

There is no "Cooling-Off" imposed.

This service is currently not available at affinOnline.

The application for switching can be made at any AFFINBANK branches, ASNB offices and ASNB agents by filling up a special form.

Additional investment of ASNB Fixed Price Funds through affinOnline is open to all registered ASNB unitholders who has registered as affinOnline users.

Steps on how to "Register ASNB Account Maintenance":
Step 1: Login to affinOnline. Then select "Investment" tab.
Step 2: Select "ASNB Account Maintenance" from the menu
Step 3: Select "ASNB Account Registration"
Step 4: Fill in the field with the appropriate information then request for TAC number.
Step 5: Input TAC number and click on the "Confirm" button to proceed with the registration.
Step 6: Transaction "STATUS" will be displayed on the next page
Step 7: When the confirmation "STATUS" page is displayed, you may keep this record for your reference (print)
Step 8: At "EDIT ASNB Account Details" you may only edit "Preferred Name"
Step 9: At "EDIT ASNB Account Preview" you may view the following details that has been edited : Preferred Name
Step 10: To deregister an ASNB account, just click the

Steps on how to subscribe for a ASNB Fund:
Step 1: Once approval obtained from ASNB for accurate account details, user can "Select Subscribe To" drop down list.
Step 2: Please read & understand the Declaration. Check on the box to acknowledge the Terms & Conditions of the prospectus
Step 3: Input the following payment info : Pay From, Amount (RM), Mobile no and Memo (if any-remarks for personal reference)
Step 4: Click on “Confirm” button to proceed with the subscription.
Step 5: Data will be sent to ASNB for approval

Yes, you can. Just log on to www.affinOnline.com.my and select “Investment” to check your application/subscription status. Please refer the table as follows:

You’ll need to key-in your ASNB membership number, NRIC and name as registered in ASNB’s record.

Yes, you can. You are required to key in the 3rd party's ASNB membership number and NRIC registered in ASNB’s record.

The minimum amount is RM1.00 for ASB, ASW 2020, ASM, ASD and AS1Malaysia, and RM10.00 for ASB 2.

Maximum limit per transaction is RM15,000 and maximum amount per day is RM30,000.

The success of the transaction is subject to:

  • Individual investment limit (for ASB and ASB 2) RM50,000 for minor account
  • Individual investment limit (for ASB and ASB 2) RM200,000 for adult account
  • Unit availability of the Fund (other than ASB and ASB 2)

The investment amount must be rounded up to the next Ringgit Malaysia. That means, you can invest RM10,001.00 or RM10,002.00.

Investments that have been successfully received before 4.00pm will be processed on the same day.

However investments performed after 4.00pm will be processed on the next working day. (Refer to item 7)

Unit holders can update their ASNB investment book on the following working day (based on Federal Territory working days).

Unfortunately, you cannot withdraw your ASNB investment via affinOnline.

Withdrawal must be done over the counter at Affin Bank branches, fully operational ASNB offices and ASNB Agents.

Your online transaction may be unsuccessful due to the following reasons:

  1. Invalid ASNB membership number
  2. Invalid I/C number
  3. Total Investment amount has reached the maximum individual limit (for ASB and ASB 2)
  4. Specified account status
  5. The units have been fully subscribed (other than ASB and ASB 2)

To check your status just go to "Investment" under “Fund Subscription history”.

This service is not available at the present time. You may check your balance at any Affin Bank branches, ASNB offices and ASNB agents.

You may refer to your ASNB investment book or check at any Affin Bank branches, ASNB offices and ASNB agents.

Transaction will be accepted as long as the ASNB account number entered is valid and matched with ASNB’s record. However, it is the responsibility of the investor to ensure that the account number belongs to the right party.

ASNB & Agent will not be responsible to reverse the successful transaction.

You can now make ASNB Fixed Price Fund at any time and any day of the week via affinOnline.

You need to delete your current Favourite Account with the old Membership number and add a new Favourite account with the new Membership number.

The money will be credited back to your bank account by end of third day after the transaction day.

Note: Service charge of RM 1.06 will not be refunded.

A service fee of RM1.00 + GST will be charged for every single transaction regardless of investment amount and will be debited from your savings/current account.
