Getting Started

  • Go to https://www.affinonline.com
  • The Login Screen page will appear, and then select First Time Login.
  • In the Access Card Number field, enter the Bankcard/Credit Card/Virtual Card number and PIN that you used to create at the ATM or request from Branch (applicable for Virtual card).
  • Enter the 6-digit affinOnline PIN that you have created and click Activate.
  • A new login screen will appear. Enter your preferred Username and Password and click Login.
  • Read the Terms and Conditions carefully and click on the I Accept button.
  • The Establish Challenge Questions & Answers screen will appear. In order to complete the login process, it is compulsory to establish the Challenge Questions & Answers and then click Preview Request. Please note that the Answers will be case-sensitive.
  • Verify details entered and click on Submit Request.
  • A Welcome Page will appear and you can now access to your accounts.

For Affin Bankcard/Credit Card Customers

  • Visit the nearest Affin Bank ATM Machine to reset your Internet Banking PIN.

For non-Affin Bankcard / non-Credit Card Customers

  • You will have to visit the nearest Affin Bank branch and request for a new Virtual Card & PIN.

If you have forgotten your Username, go to 'Forgot Password' function and select 'Access Card No with Pin' to complete the necessary information required.-

If you remember your Username but forgotten your Password, go to 'Forgot Password' function and select either 'Access Card No with Pin' or 'Challenge Questions with TAC' to complete the necessary information required.

There are 2 options available to perform Forgot Password function:

i. Access Card No with PIN

  • Go to Login Screen, and then click on the Forgot Password button.
  • From Reactivate Login screen, select Access Card No with PIN option
  • Click on Next
  • Enter Access Card No (Bankcard/Credit Card /Virtual card Number ) and Internet Banking PIN (created at ATM or request from Branch- applicable for Virtual card)
  • Click on Activate
  • Your Username will be displayed, enter your New Password and Confirm Password.
  • Click on Confirm to activate your New Password.

(Please ensure that you use the same ATM Card during your first time registration. You may refer to the nearest branch for any clarification).

ii. Challenge Questions with TAC

  • Go to Login Screen, and then click on the Forgot Password button.
  • From Reactivate Login screen, select Challenge Questions with TAC option.
  • Enter your Username and click on Next.
  • From Security Token Selection screen, select your TAC option and click on the Confirm
  • Enter the answers for all the "Challenge Questions" and click on Next.
  • Click on Request TAC hyperlink to request for TAC.
  • Enter 6-digit TAC number and click on Activate.
  • Your Username will be displayed, enter your New Password and Confirm Password.
  • Click on Confirm to activate your New Password.

You may change your Password anytime by clicking on the 'Utilities' menu and select 'Change Password'. For security reasons, you are advised to change your password periodically. Your Username cannot be changed.

If you are a party to a joint account with signing condition (either one to sign), then you will have a unique Username and Password on your own.

  • If you enter a wrong username / password 3 times, your affinOnline will be blocked immediately.
  • You may click on Forgot Password function to re-create your Password. You need to enter a card number (Bankcard/Credit Credit Card or Virtual Card) and IB-PIN that you initially obtained from the ATM or branch or you may select to answer the 'Challenge Questions' option. (refer to Question no. 4).

We are pleased to introduce our additional authentication with SECURE IMAGE and SECURE CODE for subsequent login.

The steps are as follows :

  • Enter your existing USERNAME & click Login
  • Select your preferred Secure Image
  • Create your Secure Code (alphanumeric)

Note : Secure Code is a phrase that is created by you to identify that you have access the legitimate affinOnline.com website. (Retail Internet Banking)

  • Click Confirm
  • Enter your existing PASSWORD & click Login

You may also change your Secure Image & Secure Code as and when required by following these simple steps :

  • At HOME page, click Utilities
  • Select Change User Secure Image
  • Select your TAC option
  • Select your new preferred Secure Image
  • Create your new Secure Code (alphanumeric)
  • click on Request TAC hyperlink to request for TAC

Enter 6-digit TAC number and click on Confirm.
