Yes, you may schedule future bill payments – at a future date, or even on a recurring basis. You would able to schedule future bill payments for registered payees only.
If you are making an immediate payment, you will see an "Unsuccessful" message.

Yes you can. To edit or cancel the scheduled payment, click 'Payments' menu and under View Payment , specify the start date and end date of the scheduled payment under Date Range and click on Change View button.
